But here's what I don't understand. How do you eat cottage cheese? It's not exactly a solid, so you could swallow it like yogurt. But it's got chunks, so that would be totally gross to have to swallow. So you have to chew it, because it's got chunks, but it seems kinda rediculous to chew cottage cheese. And it's not even really cheese! These thoughts were going though my head today as I was eating cottage cheese for lunch. And chewing it.
